All parcels are handmade and shipped from our dessert bar/shop in Wyong, NSW, 2259. We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

Australian Regular Post:
We offer a flat rate of $10 Australia-wide for all parcels.
Orders over $120 receive FREE Regular shipping within Australia

1-6 Business Days (depending on your location). Every Parcel comes with with Tracking Information If you have any concerns about your order, please contact us immediately and we will investigate.

Australian Express Post:
$15 flat rate for express post 1-3 Business Days (depending on your location)
Tracking will be provided for all parcels

All of our marshmallows are handmade fresh once we receive your order. Please allow up to 10 business days for making and packing. Usually we will be much quicker than this however at peak times there can be a wait.
