Delivery was prompt and texture of the marshmallows was fantastic! Some of the flavors offered were quite unique. We enjoyed some flavours more than others but I guess everyone has different taste. The ones we enjoyed the most from the pack we received were the ones we least expected such as The Neapolitan and Butterscotch & Caramel. Some of the other flavours that we would normally prefer such as lime, lemon, passion-fruit and vanilla were decent enough but we felt could be improved a little by further capturing the essence of those natural flavours. With that said, the marshmallows were well presented decadent treats.

Do have to say, I was expecting a “your order has shipped” email, but did not receive one. While I received the order well within the latest expected delivery date and received an AusPost notification (though I had to infer it was the order from checking the sender’s location), it would have been nice to know it was on the way.

As people have previously commented, the 9 Piece Marshmallow Sampler does not include any indication of what flavours are inside. I had to compare them to the website pictures and guess what flavours they were. Although the marshmallows present well, the flavours were very faint. After the initial excitement of trying some of the different flavours, I found that my eagerness quickly disappeared as I realised that they weren’t going to improve. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying these again.

The pumpkin spice hot chocolate is amazing 🤩😋 haven’t opened or tried the thicc hot chocolate looking forward to that 😀 thank you so much for the lovely goodies.
(oh for the pumpkin spice the white chocolate drops end up at the bottom of my mug/ cup could a different option be you provide flakes of white chocolate in a separate bag so i could sprinkle it on, it might mix through and melt better.

The marshmallows were delicious after I removed them from the plastic package and allowed them to air out for a day or two. The plastic they were packaged in made the marshmallows smell and taste like chemicals when I opened them. I would high recommend reviewing your packaging material because the chemicals the plastic are giving off are tainting your product.

Hi there, my partner and I went to review our recent purchase of a 9 sampler pack but there’s a glitch on your website which doesn’t allow anyone to write reviews.
Honestly, we’re really not happy with the marshmallows. In our personal opinion the Marshmallows look amazing but taste very chemical and fake, I wouldn’t say they taste gourmet and for the price we expected much more. For example, the vanilla doesn’t taste like fresh vanilla bean or anything gourmet, just tastes vaguely tastes like a cheap vanilla. The other issue we found is the amount of powder the marshmallows were covered with pretty much muted all the flavour and put a sour taste on the marshmallows. I actually threw up after I finished sampling.
We found the coconut lime was nice, the cherry ripe was pretty true to taste and the birthday cake was ok but the rest were a massive let down.
