    I bought this for my husband & mother in law. I’m not a fan of marshmallow but the cinnamon donut looked & smelled so good, I had to try. Pleasantly surprised. Firm texture, amazing flavour. They were both very happy with the rest

    Dear The Marshmallow Co. Team,

    I hope this email finds you well. My name is Renison Christian, and I recently placed an order with your company for a variety of marshmallow flavours. My order number is #166433.

    I wanted to reach out to express my disappointment with both the product quality and the overall customer experience I encountered. I placed my order on August 20th, and it was delivered on September 22nd, which is a considerably long wait time. However, my main concern lies with the product itself.

    I ordered a surprise package of marshmallows, including blue raspberry, watermelon, cinnamon donuts, and raspberry white chocolate flavours, with high expectations based on the reputation of The Marshmallow Co. Unfortunately, upon trying them, I found the taste and texture to be far from what I had anticipated.

    The marshmallows were not as fluffy as I would expect, and more importantly, none of the flavors appealed to my palate. This was disappointing, especially given the premium price point of your products. I spent over $80 on this purchase, and the quality did not match the cost.

    I believe in the importance of providing honest feedback to help businesses improve, and I hope you take my comments constructively. In light of my dissatisfaction with the products received, I kindly request a refund for my order.

    I understand that every business can have occasional hiccups, and I hope this experience will lead to improvements in your offerings. I look forward to a prompt resolution of this matter and a refund for my order.
