The shelf life for all of our marshmallows is 2 months from the time of making. We usually dispatch the products between 0-3 business days after making to ensure that you will receive as long with your products as possible! Please note that you can also freeze the marshmallows to extend the shelf life

We recommend storing your marshmallows in a cool, dry place, away from the sun and other heat. After opening we recommend keeping your marshmallows stored in an airtight container.

Yes! We use halal certified beef gelatine for all of our marshmallows. Some of our flavours contain alcohol essences so will contain small amounts of alcohol.

All of our marshmallows contain beef gelatine and are therefore not vegan. Some vegetarians do still eat our marshmallows but this is entirely personal preference.

We are working on a vegan range of marshmallows so be sure to follow us on social media to find out when we release these!

We have many flavours that cater to those with dietary requirements. All of our Low Gluten options can be found here, and our Dairy free options can be found here. Please note that all of our products may contain traces of gluten, dairy, and nuts as we use the same equipment for all. While we do our best to avoid cross contamination there is a chance and we have to state that our products may contain traces

Please let us know if you are gluten or dairy intolerant in the order notes when you place your order so we can ensure that we take added care with your order 🙂

Unfortunately we don’t currently have any sugar free options. We are working on a range of sugar free marshmallows though 🙂

Shipping time to the USA

Shipping time to the USA is approx 3-7 business days for Express Post and 6-10 business days for Regular Post. Please note that all of my products are handmade and there is a processing time for your items to be made, this can be up to 10 business days during busy seasonal periods.

Shipping pricing to the USA is based on weight. You can see the shipping cost when you add items to your cart and set your location. 

How to track my order to the USA?

When your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number from us. You can use the same tracking number on the USPS website to track your package. We recommend using the USPS website as it provides more detail than the Australia Post website

Regular Post $10

Express Post $15

We charge an $10 flat delivery fee Australia-wide. We also offer express shipping at an additional cost. Orders above $120 will receive free standard shipping Australia-wide.

International

International shipping is based on weight. You can see the shipping cost when you add items to your cart and set your location. We have two options for international delivery times, regular and express. You can see the estimated delivery times for each country on our delivery and returns page

All of our marshmallows are handmade after you order and the time to make them may be up to 10 business days processing time. Usually we will get to your order much quicker though!

We accept payment through Credit Card (ShopPay), Paypal, and Zip. Included cards are Visa, Mastercard, and Amex. Paypal also provides card payment services in addition to checking out using your Paypal account.

Thanks for ordering! We do our best to film as many orders as possible but unfortunately can’t get to them all. For the chance to have your order filmed please do the following

1. Add a note to your order asking for it to be filmed
2. Comment on one of our TikTok videos asking for your order to be filmed, please include your order number

Orders that contain an interesting variety of flavours are more likely to be selected as they are more interesting for people to watch 🙂
