Mallow Miles expire after 12 months of inactivity. As long as you continue to earn or redeem points within a 12-month period, your balance will remain intact and ready to use!
Once you have enough Miles, head to the "Rewards" section and click "Redeem" on your chosen perk. You'll be given a unique discount code that you can apply at checkout.
