All of our marshmallows are handmade to order and this can take some time. Our regular processing times are 3-10 business days. During busy periods such as Easter, Christmas, etc processing times can be 10+ business days. Our team work as fast as they can to get your orders made and shipped as quickly as possible (we hate to make you wait!). Please allow processing time for all orders.

All of our marshmallows are handmade to order by our team here in Australia. There is a processing time for each order which is currently 2-4 business days. Shipping times can vary but are usually 1-6 business days for Australian orders and 3-9 business days for International orders. Our Easter cut-offs are below, please note that our Easter range will still be available but may not arrive before Easter
Australian Orders: Monday 16th March
International Orders (US, UK, CA, NZ, etc): Monday 16th March for Regular Post, Wednesday 18th March for Express Post

All of our marshmallows have a shelf life of 3 months. Each batch is handmade to order and shipped the very next day, so you’ll always receive them at their freshest with the maximum time to enjoy

However you like! Our marshmallows are delicious straight from the bag, but they’re also perfect for toasting, adding to hot chocolate, or using in s’mores. Many of our customers also love them chopped into baking or served as a sweet treat on dessert boards.
