Q: How long do the marshmallows stay fresh?

All of our marshmallows have a 3 month shelf life, just store them in a cool, dry place and you won't have any problems. You can also freeze them to extend the shelf life!

Q: Where do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! We ship locally to all Australian states and territories. Standard shipping takes 4–7 business days; express takes 1–2.We also ship our marshmallows to the USA, Canada, UK, New Zealand, Singapore, Europe, the Middle East, and more!

Q: Are the marshmallows gluten free?

Most of our marshmallows are made without gluten-containing ingredients, but we produce in a kitchen that handles wheat products. If you have a serious allergy, please reach out before ordering.

Q: Can I add a personalised gift message?

Yes - add a personalised gift message card at checkout or from the Complete Your Order section. Your message will be hand-written by our amazing team!

Q: Are these suitable for vegans?

Our classic marshmallows contain gelatine, which is not vegan. We're working on a plant-based range - follow us on Instagram for updates.

Q: Can I place a bulk or corporate order?

All of our marshmallows are handmade to order and this can take some time. Our regular processing times are 3-10 business days. During busy periods such as Easter, Christmas, etc processing times can be 10+ business days. Our team work as fast as they can to get your orders made and shipped as quickly as possible (we hate to make you wait!). Please allow processing time for all orders.

Shipping & Returns

We make and pack every order fresh, with most orders dispatched within 1-2 business days. During major launches and busy periods, it may take us a little longer - but we’ll always work as quickly as possible.

We ship worldwide, with shipping costs and available delivery options calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery timeframes vary depending on your destination.

As our products are food items, we’re unable to accept change-of-mind returns. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect or isn’t quite right, please contact us and our team will make it right.
