Mallow Miles expire after 12 months of account inactivity. Earning or redeeming points during that time keeps your balance active.
Usually not. Shopify normally allows one discount code per order, so your reward code generally cannot be stacked with another promotion.
If an order is cancelled or refunded, any Miles earned from that purchase may be removed from your balance. If you used a reward on that order, it may not be reissued automatically.
