Can I change my flavours?
Yes. We email and text you 5 days before every box. Tap Swap to change any flavour, or log in to your account any time before your box is made.
When will I be charged?
Today for your first box, then on the same day every 4, 6 or 8 weeks, whichever you chose. Your next date is always in your account.
Can I skip, pause or cancel?
Any time, from your account. No fees and no minimum number of boxes.
Do subscribers get extra rewards?
Yes. Every box earns double Mallow Miles, and from your 3rd box, every second box comes with a free mystery mallow.
How much is shipping?
Free shipping in Australia on 6 and 9 pack boxes. 4 pack boxes ship for $10. We also ship to the USA and Canada at international rates, shown at checkout.
