MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Cutting and packing marshmallows and other products
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Working with chocolate products
• Assisting the marshmallow making team in the kitchen

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Kitchen Experience preferred but not essential
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment while maintaining accuracy
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to prioritise tasks
• Great time management skills

This is a casual role with the potential to go part-time or full time.

Job description
We love showing the world our marshmallows and we want to find someone who will love it as much as we do! We are expanding our marketing content strategy and are seeking a passionate and experienced marketing and content coordinator to assist with the creation of video content and other marketing activities. We are a small team and you will be working directly with our Co-Founder, so this is the perfect opportunity to learn and help shape our social strategy and personality!

What you’ll be doing:

• Content Creation: Develop and produce highly engaging short-form and long-form video content for TikTok, YouTube, and Reels
• Film, edit, and schedule content across the various platforms
• Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, challenges, and viral content. Using this knowledge to inform content strategies.
• Audience Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with our audience through creative storytelling, call-to-actions, and engaging visuals.
• Work alongside the kitchen and packing teams to host live streams and film content for videos, stories, etc
• Measure performance to gain insights into optimising and developing new ways of growing and reaching new customers
• Working with other creators on collabs and partnerships
• Managing social media accounts and interactions

About you
You are an experienced and passionate content creator/video editor with an understanding of marketing strategies and are really passionate about what we’re doing. You’ve got:

• 1+ years experience in video content creation
• 2+ years experience creating videos for TikTok or YouTube
• A passion for social media, content creation, and marshmallows!
• Experience with video editing tools
• Experience in eCommerce is a bonus
• You're comfortable both behind and in front of the camera
• A growth mindset
• Communication in a team environment
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks
• Great time management skills
