The Big Mallow giveaway. Please read these terms before you enter. Entering means you accept them.
- Promoter. The promoter is The Marshmallow Co. Pty Ltd ABN 69 659 044 005 of 1/21 Donaldson Street, Wyong NSW 2259, Australia (Promoter).
- Promotion period. The promotion opens at 12:00am AEDT on Friday 6 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Monday 30 November 2026 (Promotion Period). All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
- Eligibility. Open to people aged 18 or over who live in a country the Promoter ships to, as listed on themarshmallow.co at the time of entry, and where a promotion like this is allowed by local law. Employees of the Promoter, their immediate families, and agencies or suppliers involved in this promotion can't enter.
- How to enter: purchase. Place an order at themarshmallow.co during the Promotion Period. Each whole $1 of the order subtotal, in the currency you pay in, after discounts and excluding shipping, shipping protection, duties and taxes, earns 1 entry, rounded down. For example, a $79.50 order earns 79 entries. Orders placed before the sale starts count, as long as they are placed during the Promotion Period.
- Black Box bonus. Each Black Friday Black Box purchased during the Promotion Period earns 200 bonus entries, in addition to the entries under clause 4.
- How to enter: free. During the Promotion Period, either join the Promoter's early access list using the form at themarshmallow.co/pages/the-big-mallow, or, if you're already subscribed, use the claim link in the Promoter's giveaway email, to receive 50 entries. This is once per person and per email address. No purchase is needed.
- Valid entries. There is no limit on purchase entries. Entries from orders that are cancelled, refunded or charged back before the draw are void. Entries made by automated means, by fraud, or that don't meet these terms are invalid. The Promoter's records are final on entry counts.
- The prize. There is one prize: a whole uncut Fairy Bread marshmallow slab made by the Promoter, weighing about 2.8 kg and valued at $283.50, and a year's supply of marshmallows, being a $500 The Marshmallow Co. gift voucher. Total prize value $783.50 (incl. GST).

Prize conditions.
- The marshmallow slab will be delivered to the winner's address within 3 weeks of the draw (by Tuesday 22 December 2026), or within 3 weeks of a redraw under clause 12, or at another agreed time. If the Promoter can ship the slab to the winner's country, it will. If it can't, because of customs, quarantine or food import rules, or because the slab wouldn't arrive in good condition, the Promoter will instead supply an alternative prize of equal or greater value, chosen by the Promoter and agreed with the winner. The gift voucher is not affected.
- Allergens and ingredients (same as our Fairy Bread marshmallows). Halal certified (beef gelatine). Contains sulphites. May contain traces of milk, egg, wheat (gluten), nuts and soy due to cross contamination of processing equipment. Ingredients: Marshmallow (sugar, glucose syrup (contains sulphites), water, invert sugar syrup, gelatine (from beef), butter flavour (colours (102, 110)), canola oil), sprinkles (sugar, tapioca starch (preservatives (220, 223), sulphites), colours (124, 102, 133, 110, 123, 122), glazing agent (903)), corn starch, icing sugar. The slab must be stored and eaten as instructed.
- The gift voucher is valid for 12 months from issue, can be used at themarshmallow.co across more than one order, and can't be exchanged for cash. "A year's supply" means this $500 voucher.
- The prize can't be transferred, exchanged or taken as cash. The winner is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local taxes on the prize.
- The draw. The draw takes place at 12:00pm AEDT on Tuesday 1 December 2026 at 1/21 Donaldson Street, Wyong NSW 2259, and is streamed live. A random number generator is applied to all valid entries, with an independent witness present. Each entry has an equal chance, so each entrant's chance of winning is proportional to their number of entries. The first valid entry drawn wins.
- Winner. The winner will be contacted by email (and by phone where provided) within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name and state or country will be published at themarshmallow.co/pages/the-big-mallow by Friday 4 December 2026.
- Unclaimed prize. If the winner hasn't responded and confirmed their delivery details by 5:00pm AEDT on Friday 11 December 2026, the prize will be redrawn at 12:00pm AEDT on Monday 14 December 2026, at the same address and in the same way. The new winner will be contacted within 2 business days and published by Friday 18 December 2026.
- Verification. The Promoter may check the winner's identity, age and residence, and may disqualify anyone who doesn't meet these terms.
- Publicity. The Promoter may ask the winner to take part in photos or video. Taking part is optional.
- Privacy. The Promoter collects entrants' personal information to run this promotion and, where entrants agree, for marketing by email and text message. Entrants can unsubscribe at any time. - Liability. To the extent the law allows, the Promoter isn't liable for loss or damage from this promotion or the prize, except liability that can't be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the law where you live.
- Changes. If the promotion can't run as planned for reasons outside the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter may change, suspend or cancel it, subject to applicable law and any regulator's directions.
- Social media. This promotion isn't sponsored, endorsed or run by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube.
